Established with the vision of creating a safer and more sustainable world, the Joint Council CC23 leverages interdisciplinary expertise to address complex global challenges through collaborative efforts. 

Mission

The mission of Joint Council CC23 is to enhance collaborative efforts and ensure seamless coordination between various organizations working towards common goals in environmental protection, disaster management, and sustainable development. 

Key Areas of Focus

1. International Cooperation: Serving as a liaison between multiple organizations, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration. 

2. Policy Advocacy: Promoting policies that support collaborative efforts and sustainable development practices. 

3. Disaster Management: Coordinating joint initiatives for disaster risk reduction and emergency response. 

4. Sustainable Development: Encouraging cooperative projects that promote sustainable development across different sectors.

5. Capacity Building: Providing training and resources to enhance the capabilities of partner organizations in managing collaborative projects.  

6. Joint Exercises & Training Programs for Emergency Responders (ERPs): Developing Joint Exercises and training programs for Emergency Responders (military, police, firefighters, etc.) focused on safety, security, humanitarian aid, and disaster management. 

7. Research and Development of Life-Saving Equipment: Conducting research to develop life-saving appliances and equipment for Emergency Responders, especially firefighters.
