The Joint Council CC23 is a council of the Disaster Management, Peace & Development International (DMPI), an esteemed organization dedicated to fostering global cooperation and collaboration. At the forefront of DMPI’s international operations, the Joint Council CC23 serves as a pivotal coordinator, bringing together diverse entities to address pressing global challenges. 

We specialize in fostering collaboration among international and intergovernmental organizations, governmental bodies, diplomatic missions, military and law enforcement agencies, fire departments, and educational and research institutions.
